A traditional recreational pool is located inside the Holiday Inn North indoor recreation center. Note that children must be accompanied by an adult at all times in this area, no life guards are on duty. A complimentary fitness center is also available to registered guests.

Caribbean Cove Indoor Water Park features the family friendly Calypso Cafe featuring Noble Roman’s Pizza along with a variety of other snacks and drinks. Additionally, the hotel offers a variety of restaurants and a lounge to include affordable dining in the Cafe St. Paul and all day grazing in Indy Sports Grille.

Can guests bring their own food and drinks into Caribbean Cove Indoor Water Park?
Because Caribbean Cove Indoor Water Park is concerned about guest safety, glass containers, coolers, ice chests as well as food and beverages of any kind are not permitted inside the park. Bottles brought into the water park for an infant must be plastic. For guest convenience, the family Calypso Cafe is located on the upper level of the water park.

What if my friend wants to come visit us at the Caribbean Cove Indoor Water Park?
Only Holiday Inn North water park package guests have access to the water park.

What happens if a wristband needs adjusted or is lost?
Guests with a wristband in need of an adjustment must have the Front Desk remove and replace the wristband. Lost wristbands will be replaced at a $25 charge. No exceptions.

Are there changing areas and locker facilities available at Caribbean Cove Indoor Water Park?
Changing/rest room areas are available as well as locker provisions. Lockers are available on a first come basis.

What about water safety? Are there lifeguards?
We are concerned about the safety and security of all guests. Certified lifeguards staff the water park at all times during normal operating hours. Safety rules are posted at each pool and attraction. Nevertheless, we require parents to teach their children about water safety prior visiting the water park. Please be sure nonswimmers or weak swimmers wear life vests. Complimentary life vests are issued against your room, vests not returned will be added to your room charges. The separate hotel indoor recreation center is not staffed with lifeguards, children in this area must be accompanied by an adult at all times and no person may swim alone.

Does Caribbean Cove Indoor Water Park provide towels and life jackets?
Complimentary towels and life vests are provided. Life vests are issued against your room, vests not returned will be added to guest room charges.

Are swimming goggles permitted?
Swimming goggles are permitted at the discretion of the lifeguards. Flotation devices of any kind are not permitted inside the park.

Are there any health restrictions relative to the water park attractions?
It is recommended that persons with preexisting medical conditions and women who are pregnant not participate. Each individual is encouraged to evaluate his or her own ability to participate.

Is there an arcade or game room in the water park?
Caribbean Cove Indoor Water Park features Crazy CoCo’s Game Arcade featuring over 50 state of the art electronic games and a ticket redemption center.

Are children that wear regular diapers permitted in the water park?
Children who wear diapers are required to wear a swim diaper for health and safety reasons. Water specific diapers are available in the water park for a nominal fee. Please use the changing facilities located in the rest rooms to change diapers.

What is Caribbean Cove Indoor Water Park’s reservation and cancellation policy?
Individual reservations must be guaranteed to a major credit card with the 1st night deposit placed on the card to be considered confirmed. Reservations canceled within 72 hours of the arrival date are nonrefundable. Reservations may be confirmed by check. However, checks can not be accepted for those reservations made within 8 days of an arrival date.

What are check in and check out hours?
Check in time is 4:00 P.M. Though every effort will be made to honor early check in requests, requests cannot be guaranteed.

Check out time is 11:00 A.M. Strict compliance ensures arriving water park guests timely access to clean accommodations. Guests must vacate their room by 11:00 A.M. on their scheduled departure date at which time the key lock will expire. Noncomplying guests will be charged a $200 noncompliance fee. Additionally, any personal items will be stored to allow housekeeping access to clean the room for arriving guests.
