Guest Safety

Many guests visiting waterparks for the first time don't realize there are special safety tips to consider when visiting a waterpark versus a traditional swimming pool.

For the safety and security of all guests, certified lifeguards are on duty in Caribbean Cove Indoor Water Park during normal operating hours. To ensure all guests have a worry-free SPLASHTACULAR experience, safety guidelines are posted throughout the park.

Please download these guidelines and take a moment to familiarize yourself with our safety and conduct policy. Since a signed waiver is required at check-in, we encourage guests to review this important information prior to arriving at the park.

Important Safety Note

There are no lifeguards on duty at the hotel's indoor swimming pool. Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times and no one may swim alone in this area.
