Check In / Check Out

Check-in time is 4:00 P.M. island time. While every effort will be made to honor early check-in requests, they cannot be guaranteed.

Check-out time is 11:00 A.M. island time. Guests must vacate their room by 11:00 A.M. on the scheduled deparure date at which time room key cards are programmed to expire Guest cooperation is necessary to ensure arriving water park guests timely access to clean accommodations.

Once checked out, if the park is open on your departure, you are invited to stay with us as late as 3:00 P.M. to enjoy the water park. Please check with the front desk for details on hours of operation upon arrival.
