Caribbean Cove Indoor Water Park Rules
Lifeguards have the final authority on all safety issues!

For the safety of all Caribbean Cove guests, certified lifeguards are on duty during normal operating hours. To ensure that all guests have an enjoyable and worry-free experience, please observe the rules.

  • Children under 14 years of age must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
  • It is recommended that younger children remain within an arm’s reach at all times.
  • Proper swim attire required in pools; cutoffs, gym shorts, tee shirts and provocative or thong swim wear is not allowed. Bathing attire with belts, buckles, rivets, grommets, or metal of any kind is not permitted.
  • Do not enter the pool if you have a communicable disease or an open cut.
  • Use of gum and tobacco products is prohibited within Caribbean Cove Indoor Water Park.
  • Food is not permitted on the pool level. For safety reasons, food/beverage carry-ins are not permitted.
  • Shower before entering the pool and after use of toilet facilities.
  • Children not yet toilet trained must wear an approved swim diaper. (may be purchased in water park).
  • Children in swim diapers will be restricted to the kiddie pool.
  • Animals are not permitted inside the water park.
  • The use of all floatation devices and non-water park issue life vests is strictly prohibited.
  • Inflatables, squirt guns, balls and snorkels are prohibited; small toys may be used in the kiddiepool at the discretion of the lifeguard.
  • Hanging on ropes or nets is not permitted.
  • Shoulder riding and excessive splashing prohibited.
  • DIVING IS ABSOLUTELY PROHIBITED.
  • General Safety Rules:
    - Running in pool or deck area is not permitted.
    - Pushing, dunking, shoulder riding or other inappropriate behavior is not permitted.
    - Glass items are not permitted in the water park.
  • Lifeguards are in charge at all times. Adults in attendance may be requested to assist the lifeguards/manager.
  • Lifeguards and/or management have final authority on all safety issues.
  • Wristbands are color coded by day and issued upon hotel check-in.
    An $25 replacement charge applies to replace lost wrist bands. Tight and/or loose wristbands requiring adjustments must be made by the front desk.
  • Every ten minutes before the odd hours, we ask for your cooperation in exiting the pools for a ten minute safety break.
  • Failure to follow water park rules will result in disciplinary action and possible water park dismissal without a refund.
  • Caribbean Cove Indoor Water Park is a family park. Profanity or abusive language will not be tolerated.


Body Slide Safety Rules
  • Riders must be 42 inches and under 250 pounds to use slides.
  • Follow the instructions of the attendant and or lifeguard.
  • This is a body slide only.
  • Only one rider at a time. No doubles, trains or chains.
  • No running, standing, kneeling, rotating, tumbling, or stopping in the flumes.
  • No diving from a flume.
  • Keep arms and feet inside flume.
  • Riding positions: on back, feet first only position, hands at side or crossed on chest.
  • Head first riding not permitted.
  • Exit plunge pool immediately.
  • Do not wear glasses, goggles or jewelry.
  • Registered hotel guests only.
  • Swimsuits only. Water socks/shoes are not permitted on slides.
  • Water is 3’-6’ deep.
  • WARNING - pregnant women and riders with a heart or back condition should not use this slide.
  • WARNING - failure to follow slide rules can result in serious injury to yourself and others and loss of privilege to use the slide.
  • Slide at own risk. No standing, kneeling, rotating or stopping in the slide.
  • Riders must keep their hands inside the slide.
  • Catching a rider at the bottom of the slide in not allowed, except for the life guards.
  • Do not use the slide while under the influence of alcohol or other drugs


Tube Slide Safety Rules
  • Riders must be 42 inches and under 250 pounds to use the slides.
  • Follow the instructions of the attendant and/or lifeguard.
  • Only one (1) tube at a time. No trains or chains.
  • No running, standing, kneeling, rotating, tumbling, or stopping the flumes.
  • No diving from a flume.
  • Keep arms and feet inside the flume.
  • Riding positions: sitting up, facing forward, feet first inside tube, hands on handles.
  • Head first riding is not permitted.
  • Passengers may ride single in single and double inner tubes.
  • Exit plunge pool immediately.
  • Eye glasses, goggles and jewelry are not permitted.
  • Registered hotel guests only.
  • Swimsuits only. Water socks/shoes are not permitted.
  • Water is 3’-6’ deep.
  • WARNING - pregnant women and riders with a heart or back condition should not use this slide.
  • WARNING - failure to follow slide rules can result in serious injury to yourself and others and loss of privilege to use the slide.
  • Slide at own risk.


Spa Safety Rules
Children under the age of 2 are not allowed in the whirlpool.
Whirlpool exposure in excess of 15 minutes in not recommended.
  • Shower before entering.
  • Unsupervised use by children is prohibited.
  • Food or drink is not permitted in spa.
  • Diving is not permitted.
  • Do not use the spa alone.
  • Elderly persons and those with health conditions requiring medical care should consult a physician before entering a spa.
  • Persons under the influence of alcohol or other drugs may not use the spa.
  • Maximum time allowed in the whirlpool is 15 minutes.
  • Pregnant women should consult their physician regarding spa usage.
  • Lengthy exposure may be hazardous to your health and may result in nausea, dizziness or fainting.
